  • Shipping & Delivery

  • All items are shipped UPS il (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.

  • LIFETIME WARRANTY

    All Drifter products are warranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as he or she owns the product. Should a defect occur, send laundered product, postpaid, with return postage and proof of purchase to Drifter Sport and Travel Bags.  If the product was defective in material or workmanship, we shall, at our option, repair or replace it without charge.     Each Drifter product is made of the finest quality materials, however, the finest quality materials may wear out with normal use. Repairs due to normal wear, accident, negligence or improper care will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

     

    REPAIR POLICY

    1. What will we repair?
         It is currently our policy to repair anything that goes wrong with any product we manufacture, whether due to normal wear and tear or defect.  Zippers, seams, straps, and the material itself.  You break it. We fix it.  It's as simple as that.

    2.  What won't we repair?
         Anything intentionally destroyed or excessively abused, i.e. cut with scissors or burned.

    3. What must be done in order to have a bag repaired?
         Just wash it, (You can machine wash it, but let it drip dry.)  and send it in to the address above with your name, address, phone number, a brief description of what needs to be repaired, and $8.50 for return shipping.


     



  • Return Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Drifter Sport & Travel Bags within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Products that have been customized or altered, monogrammed or screenprinted) are NOT RETURNABLE. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned mus be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. (Some) products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Drifter Sport & Travel Bags at the customers’ expense. Drifter Sport & Travel Bags will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly.
